In 1995 M.R.S. begin is activity in automotive field buying AC "Automotive Components" brand that it was on present on the market since 1963 and appreciated all around the world.
In 2000 M.R.S. bought Electronsystem company, specialized in desing and production of complete control systems and electronic automation for machines and plants, moreover it had a great know-how made with important cusotmers and it evolved itself following the most modern electronics specifications using microprocessors of the last generation
